Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use NubianMail at www.nubianmail.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.

1. Accounts

• NubianMail is invite-only. An invitation is personal and may not be transferred.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
• You may only connect mailboxes that you own or are authorised to access.

2. Your content

Your email and everything you create in NubianMail remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the Service for you — for example to sync, display, search and send your mail and to run the features you turn on. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NubianMail to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk mail, phishing or malware, or mail that breaks anti-spam laws (including through mass mail merge);
• break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass, threaten or defraud anyone;
• access mailboxes or data you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with, probe or overload the Service, or try to get around its security or limits;
• break the terms of your mail provider (for example Google or Microsoft) or of any AI provider or agent you connect.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

4. Connected services

NubianMail connects to services run by others — your mail providers, and any AI provider or AI agent you choose to connect. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for what they do with data you choose to send them.

5. AI features

AI summaries, drafts, translations and suggestions can be wrong. Check AI output before you rely on it or send it. Actions proposed by the assistant or by a connected agent are carried out only when you approve them, or within the permissions you set.

6. Plans and payment

No payment is taken on this website. If a plan has a fee, we agree it with you directly when we send your invitation, and any separate agreement on price, billing or refunds applies alongside these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep NubianMail fast and available, but the Service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Your mail provider remains the source of truth for your mail, so keep your own records of anything important. We may change or discontinue features; if we make material changes to these terms we will tell you in advance.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using NubianMail at any time, remove any connected mailbox in Settings, and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
