Up and running in three steps
Step 1: Create your TxtYa account
Sign up on TxtYa.com. TxtYa sends and delivers the texts over the phone network and handles its own plans and billing.
Step 2: Connect it to NubianMail
Choose Connect an existing TxtYa account, sign in to TxtYa and approve what NubianMail may do.
Step 3: Text from your inbox
New texts arrive in Texts. Reply, see each text's status and keep every customer conversation in one place.

- Only texts sent through TxtYa. TxtYa carries your business texts. Your personal phone's texts stay out of it unless you link that phone yourself.
- Opt-outs respected. TxtYa delivers the texts over the phone network. If someone replies STOP, NubianMail won't let you text them again until they reply START.
- Private to you. Your texts belong to your NubianMail account only, are kept apart from your email and are never used for advertising.
- You stay in control. You approve what NubianMail may do and can disconnect at any time. Your TxtYa account stays yours.
Want your own mobile's texts here too?
That is a separate feature, and it needs no TxtYa account. Link an Android phone and the texts people send your own number appear in Texts, answered from your own number.

Do I need a TxtYa account?
Yes. TxtYa sends and delivers the texts and handles its own plans and billing. NubianMail is where you read and answer them.
Can I connect my personal mobile number?
Not through TxtYa — only texts sent and received through your TxtYa account appear that way. Texts to your own mobile are mirrored in separately, by linking the Android phone itself, and that is off until you set it up: see your own phone's texts.
How much does it cost?
Texting is billed by TxtYa under your TxtYa plan. See TxtYa.com for TxtYa's current plans.
What happens when someone replies STOP?
They're opted out: NubianMail blocks sending to them until they reply START.
Who can see my texts?
Only you. Texts are private to your NubianMail account, kept separate from your email, and never used for advertising.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, at any time from Texts. NubianMail stops sending and receiving straight away; your TxtYa account stays yours.
